Every good game needs a cool menu!
Not totally sure if I’m there yet, but here’s mine:
I also started adding in some StateMachine functionality. Eventually there’s going to be a lot of different states of play going on: free run, conversation, cutscene, merchant, who knows! I want to be prepared for that so I’ve been working on getting the foundations of that implemented alongside some Unity scene transitions. Next thing I would like to do is get the map saving and loading between days and between scene transitions. Once that’s there, hell, I might build out the whole map!
